Our company, Keynote Assets, owns and operates several luxury villas in the Paphos area. Our own private experience as luxury villa renters through the years, guides us in identifying what are the expectations of our guests and what makes a dream vacation for our clients. We can be fully attentive to every request, because we live not far from our villas and we pay attention to every little detail of the Villas’ amenities. We always try to add the little things that will make your stay an extra special one. On your arrival day, we will do our best to meet you personally to guide you through the villa and help you find all your needs easily. On your departure, we will try to come and say goodbye before you leave.

“Life is short”, “ you live only once”. These are the thoughts that went through our minds after many years of participating in an intensive life race, nurturing two thriving careers and three kids for the past 35 years.
As our children have grown and flown the nest, and after traveling all over the world for business and pleasure, in our mid 50’s we decided not to wait for our retirements, but rather to change our lives and follow a completely new path. We have taken a leap of faith, left our careers in Biotechnology and Marketing and completely changed our way of life. But even more importantly – changed our way of thinking! We have decided to move to Paphos, Cyprus, and build our own business of Short term Luxury Holiday Rentals. Helping others enjoy their vacation.
About 25 years ago, we have left the kids with their grandparents and went on a ten-day tour around Cyprus riding a large rented motorcycle. That 600CC monster took us to every little beach and mountain-top we set our eyes on. This was the first time we have seen Cyprus – and we fell in love with the island. We have promised ourselves to return to those incredible beaches, majestic mountains, and rustic restaurants; and surly since then we have visited the island many times.
In most of the times while visiting Cyprus we have rented luxury villas in Paphos and the surrounding area. We adore the Paphos area because it combines both sea and mountain topographies, which we love to hike and explore.
Once, for our holiday family vacation we have rented a villa in the upper hills above Paphos with our own nuclear family. We have always rented villas with a private pool as this is the best way to occupy the younger kids during the day and for us the adult to relax. On another occasion we were a group of 15 members of our extended family, renting a delightful villa in Coral bay. So, we have built quite an experience of renting several Villas with private pools during the last few years. Always enjoying the best vacations ever.
During our travels around the world, we most loved the times during which we rented a luxury vacation villa for a week or two in a beautiful destination and tried a different kind of life, mentality, and culture. This was truly the best way for us to discover the area and experience some of the local life, albeit for a short time. Living in a luxury villa gave us the privacy and quiet we needed, yet allowed us to travel in the villa’s surroundings at our own pace, meet the local people, learn how they live their lives, experience their food and immerse ourselves in their culture.
The combination of luxury villa, beach, pool, mountains, nature, and kids’ attractions has always been the winning recipe for a great vacation for us. This is exactly what Paphos offers. We love the scenery, we love the people and the atmosphere. We have decided that this will be the place to fulfill our dreams and make it our business. It was clear to us that if we want this dream to become a true gem we will need to manage it ourselves.
